Navigating Grief

What happens when two mediums get together after a whole month off? We get chatting about all the things—including grief—and follow those intuitive nudges to go off plan.

You may be wondering how grief ties into Adventures with Spirit. Andrea and I believe that adventures don’t just include the “good” or “high vibrational” things. We believe that it includes every part of your journey—even the uncomfortable stuff. For both of us, grief was super present in the month of May.

While recording episode 1, we very briefly touched on grief. When the mic turned off, we looked at each other and then I said, “I’m getting the message we need to keep going and just talk about grief.” Andrea laughed and said, “Me too!” The mic went back on for an extended episode. And it was a really interesting, healing chat. I’m thankful we listened to our intuitive nudges.
